In New York, all Medicaid members are eligible for Social Care HRSN (Health-Related Social Needs) services. This means that if you are enrolled in the Medicaid program, you can receive help with social needs that impact your health.
Understanding HRSN Services
HRSN stands for Health-Related Social Needs:
These are situations in your daily life that can affect your health, but aren’t directly medical, like having a safe place to live, access to healthy food, being able to pay for the things that you need, and being able to get around.
